Ad-hoc / Hourly Rate
£35 per hour
From just 1 hour per month we can assist you with tasks on an ad-hoc basis. Need holiday cover? A bit of extra help? Not sure what you need yet? Then this is the one for you! Turn around time for work is 48 - 72 hours.
Monthly retainer
From £175 per month
Sign up for our monthly retainer option for 5 - 35 hours per month. This service guarantees you a fixed amount of time with a guaranteed response within 36 hours.

- Emails organised into folders

- Daily inbox checks
- Any urgent emails can be forwarded or flagged as required
- Overview and to-do list email sent to you at the end of your holiday
- Call handling and social media inbox monitoring can be included for an additional charge.

Home Finder
- Bespoke home report created to include information on prices, schools, transport etc
- Viewings arranged with local agents
- Purchase prices negotiations
Home finder additional options
- I will attend initial viewings on your behalf (location dependant) and provide feedback based on your requirements
- Weekly progress email throughout the purchase process
- Removal company quotes and dates confirmed.
